Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery for a credit less a 20% restocking fee. You must contact us and request a Return Authorization with shipping return instructions. Any items that are attempted to be returned without the Return Authorization form will be refused. You will also be responsible for return freight.

If the wrong part was shipped as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay shipping costs.

Do not ship returns without prior authorization or your product will be refused.

NO SALES TAX

We are required to charge sales tax for Massachusetts Residents Only.

We do not ship Tuff Torq products outside the United States.
